There are 4 different profiles at Inventy:

Consultant

The consultant fits in a learning process of basic reflexes specific to the consulting business. He expands his methodological expertise, develops his knowledge of a field and his business culture.

  • Participates in the design workshops
  • Participates in the Development / Testing / Deployment phases

Project Manager

Referring to one or more areas and topics, the project manager overviews team coaching assignments and develops its steering autonomy of one or more client projects and internal business.

 >  Mission type: 

  • Project Responsible
  • Participates in missions of pure consulting (optimization, organization, selection of tools)
  • Participates in the preparation of business proposals
  • Provide training from the software developer

Manager

In collaboration with the other managers and associates, he affirms his leadership through his autonomy to manage a client portfolio. His scope of activity and delegation takes into account the specific characteristics of the activity and is based on the complexity of the context (size, issues and the risk levels of the missions) and challenges of customer relations.

    Architect

    In collaboration with managers and associates, he affirms his leadership by his capacity to design complex solutions. His technical and/or functional expertise makes him a valuable resource in many areas.

    • Provide training from the software developer
