Graduated from Telecom Nancy in 2005, and with a first start-up experience, I decided to launch Inventy after 7 years in consultancy including 3 at SAP®. The optimization and security of SAP® have been a guideline throughout my career. My interactions with many customers in France and abroad, from SMEs to multinationals convinced me of the need to innovate in these areas. Breaking with traditional methodologies and innovation are our daily life choices and they gave birth to the great Inventy adventure. Since February 2012, as the CEO, I am responsible for driving the creation of the vision and the strategy, to structure the company to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. I put the needed energy to make Inventy a responsible business, an outstanding employer and become a Medium Size Business in the next 5 years. I also have the heart to develop the territory through my involvement in various networks that help startups to start or to be financially sustainable. Sharing our experiences cost nothing but brings so much to those who benefit! |

Sébastien Duprez

Technical and functional expert, ALM specialist, Sébastien was born in 1979 and comes from a scientific curriculum. After obtaining a French and German Bac, followed by preparatory classes, he joined the ENSAT, École Nationale Supérieure Agronomique de Toulouse. He graduated as agricultural engineer in 2001, a title that provides graduates with a broad range of skills, and diverse opportunities. Then, he held various positions (monitoring, interprofessional communication) in the agricultural seed sector, before starting 3th cycle studies (Master) in Management and Strategic Marketing at ESM-A, École Supérieure de Management en Alternance in Marne-la-Vallée, allowing him to acquire a real double competency, while remaining immersed in the professional world. For Sebastien, 2006 was a marking year. To broaden his career opportunities, Sébastien switches to the Information Technology world, by integrating a consultancy services enterprise specialized in SAP®. |

He participates in technical projects for a large French business in a function of project management assistance. He quickly integrates SAP® France S.A. where he became technical expert on SAP® Solution Manager and Netweaver. As such, he participated in the implementation of various modules (ChaRM, in particular) for many customers. Fluent in German, he formed many ties with the SAP® internal network of German experts (Fokus Gruppe SAP® Solution Manager). Subsequently, Sébastien integrates the support organization by joining a team of experts providing services reserved for the most critical SAP® customers. Sebastian and David, whose careers intersect since 2008, decide in late 2011 to join forces to embark on the adventure of the consulting firm Inventy. |

François Détrez

Managing Director and CTO of oXya, François graduated from Institut d’informatique d’Entreprise (Business Technology Institute). Before co-founding oXya, he worked for over 10 years in the IT department of the Vallourec Group, where he put in place the first SAP® R/3 in France. He was the Chairman of the Finance Committee of the Francophone SAP® users club from 1993 to 1995. He is today one of the most recognized SAP® specialists in France with not only a technical expertise but also a functional architecture expertise. At Sun, for 3 years, he had greatly contributed to the success of SAP® business and led projects at Lyreco and DMC, or even intervened as an expert at RVI, Alcatel, Renault, Total, CEA, Glaxo, Arte,…. In parallel with the development of oXya, François is also involved in the Entrepreneurs Network. He is the President of the APM (Association Progrès du Management) Club in the Valenciennes commune. More specifically, he supports young entrepreneurs who, from an idea or opportunity, desire to start their own business. |
| Even more directly, he is personally involved as a shareholder / director when the company created has a strong synergy with oXya. Thus Inventy will have direct access to their clients and offer a full service catalog, addition to oXya’s offer. This involvement, supported by a direct logistical support, will allow the addition of specific skills to bring value and growth for both companies, while respecting the desire for success of the two young entrepreneurs. | |
